Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Large furniture items (e.g., desks) may require an additional 1-2 days for inspection and packaging.
  • During promotions or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holiday season), processing may extend to 3-5 business days.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Domestic U.S. Shipping (via FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight):

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (economy freight for large items).
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (additional fees apply).
  • White Glove Delivery (optional): 2-4 weeks (includes in-home assembly, requires scheduling).

International Shipping (limited countries/regions):

  • Canada/Mexico: 7-14 business days (customs duties may apply, buyer’s responsibility).
  • Europe/Australia: 10-25 business days (DDP delivery option available – contact customer service).

Important Notes:

  • Shipping estimates exclude customs clearance (international orders may be delayed by 3-7 days).
  • Signature required for large furniture deliveries – please ensure someone is available to receive.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date (items must be unopened/unassembled in original packaging).
  • Exchange Window: 60 days for exchanges (same or equal-value items).
  • Return Process: Contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RMA) number; customer pays return shipping.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds issued within 7-10 business days after return inspection (minus shipping costs if applicable).

Exceptions:

  • Custom furniture (e.g., size/color modifications) cannot be returned.
  • Damaged/defective items: Must report within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for free replacement/refund.

4. Key Reminders

  • Duties & Taxes: International orders may incur additional fees – check local customs policies beforehand.
  • Tracking: Tracking number provided after shipment via carrier website.
